Qualifications of the Candidate

Investment Options

  1. National Development Fund Contribution or Charitable Donation - A monetary contribution of USD 100,000 to the National Development Fund or approved charity.

  1. Real Estate Investment - Purchase of the property with a minimum price of USD 400,000 (preapproved real estate development). The investment must be maintained for a minimum of five years.

  1. Business Investment - Investment of USD 1.5 million to establish a business. Total joint investment of two or more applicants of at least USD 5 million (with each individual investing at least USD 400,000).
